We (3) are from Ecuador and Mexico and each one of us has been working in the restaurant business for over 20 years. We have worked together for over 15 years and all share a bond and deep passion for creating spectacular cuisine.
In the Hispanic culture, family and food are very important. We each grew up on farms in the rural parts of Mexico and Ecuador where fresh food is a way of life. Among other things, we would spend time with our families sourcing superior ingredients and preparing delicious dishes to share amongst family, friends and neighbors. Later in life those experiences with food would be honed through our many years of working in the restaurant business and augmented by our collective experiences to come full circle in this new chapter of our food driven lives.
